ATA was started in 2017 to assist student-athletes in becoming better throwers. Our goal is to make you a better person on and off the field.

Throw Specific Weight training

Throughout my entire career, I have demonstrated

consistent success applying aptitudes as a leader and pioneer to achieve high-reaching standards and goals. In

addition to having experience as a track and field coach, I am also a certified Performance Enhancement

Specialist, USA Weightlifting Level 1 coach, and USA Track and Field Level 1 coach.
